Yoga is a huge part of who I am. I’ve been practicing for 10 years and completed my 200-hr teacher training through Yoga Tree SF in 2011. I taught vinyasa and power classes for 4 years in San Francisco, Boston and Denver before taking a break from teaching. I continue to practice every day either in a studio or at home and believe that yoga can be a healing, spiritually awakening and deepening practice for anyone, as long as you are willing to step on to the mat.
