  4. 1 Onion *finely chopped
  5. 1 clove Garlic *finely chopped
  6. 8-10 Mushrooms *about 200g, finely chopped
  7. Salt & Black Pepper
  8. Shredded Cheese *optional
  9. 200 ml Sour Cream
  10. 2-3 tablespoons Water OR Stock
  11. 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
