  10. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  11. 2 tbs water + cornflour 1 ½ tbs
  12. 1 tbs Kewra water
  13. 2 tbs Tetrapak cream
  14. Almond and pistachio for garnishing

  4. Remove from flame and add tetra pack cream and give it a good mix. -Remove cheese balls from cold water and press cheese balls to strain excess water.
  5. Place cheese balls on serving plate, pour sweet milk (rabri). -Garnish with almonds and pistachio, refrigerate for 1-2hours. -Serve chilled.
